To access and participate in TGC, programs will eventually use an all-encompassing digital application for phones, tablets and computers. The interface will allow programs to be seen by the general public in all phases and allow members/participants get involved as a donor or recipient of any program they have applied for and are approved for. 

Program hierchy explained: Gamma (Concept), Beta (Development), Alpha (Active)

- Donors can link directly to a program of their choice and give only to that program. This allows the donor to feel direct influence over an exact area which is near to their moral compass vs. giving to a charity that may or may not affect a group of people you choose. 

EXAMPLE: A minority lesbian nurse wishes to donate to Black/Latino LGBT Nursing Scholarship program and not one that targets a general Nursing Scholarship for anyone in need. This gives each community incentive to give and participate in lifting their own community or any community of their choosing. 

-Applicants to receive the scholarships will fill out an online/on-app application to any Alpha program and be screened to gain access to the funds. The funds for programs are in total and are given out as vouchers to attend the schools etc. Funds for housing would go directly to landlords, Funds for books directly to the campus store, money for lunch in special cards only used at the campus cafeteria etc. An entirety of the logistics on how to safely dispense the funds to protect the continuity and benefit of the program must be developed further. 

-The TGC App will also work as a flow of ideas from every tier, Board, Affiliate, Member or Participant. Anyone in the world can submit an idea under any category into the TGC app, which will in turn direct that concept, invention etc. to the proper person on the planet for consideration. 

EXAMPLE: An Asian youth in the desert of Norther China has an idea for a way to recycle plastic and use it to create bricks that can be used in construction. Without the correct access this idea would go nowhere. We provide the connection.

Too many great ideas or solutions just die where they began. We have chaotic systems that block the flow on information and so many great things I am sure by now have been lost in time forever. Each person will be able to submit and have protected what they thought. That idea along with credit for that idea will then go to correct place where it can be developed, and that individual also be compensated for the value of that idea. This is one of the more powerful attributes; nothing lost everything gained. Each account will have its one vault of ideas that is a safe repository for everything and anything you think of, and those ideas will be finally heard and if deemed by the TGC participants as having any importance, escalated. As the collective grows so does the possibility of that idea reaching another member who can do something with it. 

TGC will be framed by 9 individuals and 1 founder. This group of 10 men and women will hold lifelong positions and be able to cast 1 vote each towards any programs motions from Gamma (Concept) Beta (Development) and Alpha (Deployment). In case of a tie the Founder has the deciding vote.

A board seat can be given away by the board member to anyone of their choosing while they are alive or in a Will upon death. This bequest is also lifelong and follows the same rule. If no bequest is made by a living board member or their estate, the Founder will select a person for the seat. 

The founder seat is similarly passed on unless the founder leaves no bequest the 9 remaining board members will choose one of the 9 by a majority vote to hold the Founder seat.

Founder - [Bruce Negron] One Vote & Extra Vote to break ties. No other power besides what is listed above. 

Board - [Proposed: B.S., N.R., P.B., S.S., H.A.] One Vote 

Affiliate - [Proposed: S.C.] Board selected companies or people who will further the programs selected by the board that benefits and advances the three principal tenets. 

Member/Applicant - Donor, participant or recipient of Collective programs.
