Assist youth to find not only themselves but also what they really want to be by creating an exchange of ideas directly with the participant to attain their prime potential. We see many times a community dictate for its youth the path they must undertake. This imposition may not be the best work that this individual can undertake not only for themselves but to truly benefit and lift that community. Through tests and interviews during crucial developmental years we can find the best fit.

Once in the work force, we as humans generally evolve and grow. Many times, we grow out of a field on interest and want to pursue another. This program allows, at no cost, the advance of a career or a complete change and re-education.

Retired to Retried can become the forgotten leaders and drivers of the world. They continue their support to the community or return to impart wisdom on our youth. A return of holding our elders in the highest regards as treasures. These monoliths have survived the maze of life without any of our current programs and are an invaluable resource that must be tapped or squandered.

The program would work similarly to the above tiers by more a focus on mentorship and empowering the lower tiers.
